During the Deep-Dive we take your (management / management) team on board a sailing yacht for a sometimes groundbreaking but always special experience. Both the individual participants and the team are given 'mirrors' at various levels during this intensive sports activity or the challenging competition element, so that points for improvement and strength become clear.
The concrete challenge that the team is taking on water is described by our customers as a "high-impact" development process. The learning steps of awareness, exercise and guarantee follow each other in rapid succession and the personal follow-up and coaching of fellow teammates and executive coaches create a fast learning curve. The strengths and pain points in the team dynamics come up naturally during the recording of the roles on board.
