For our client Rijkswaterstaat we have put together a program for team and individual coaching in the field of personal leadership development for employees and managers within the core team. Various topics are important here: inspiration, trust, cooperation, agility, organizational sensitivity and self-management. The basis for our program is Lencioni's team model which we have used as the basis for this program. We work in this program on 3 levels; person, team and organization. The program consists of various modules, which can be used flexibly in the interim, namely Awareness, Movement and Borging. During the implementation of the program it became apparent that a number of team members needed a personal coaching trajectory. We have also done this. We have used a result-oriented and active style of coaching in which behavioral change is central.
