Within the domain infrastructure and construction, mis-s has realized various project and project follow ups. In the construction industry the projects and contracts become more complex. In large projects where several parties are involved, the result is often unambiguous, but the interests are not. In these types of projects the contract is not sufficient for a smooth cooperation, the noses have to go the same way. A PSU is a structured meeting with the future project organization. Our experience is that a PSU / PFU is a relatively small effort to achieve a large effect and greater return in a short period of time. It means clarity on the content, but the user manual of the various team members also becomes transparent. A good PSU ends in a management statement and this is decisive for the execution during the process.
